Fatpirate payments and withdrawals

Cashing out from Fatpirate

Fatpirate structures its withdrawal system around five VIP tiers, each with its own daily and monthly ceiling. The limits affect how much you can take out and how often, so understanding where you sit in the hierarchy matters before you request a payout.

The financial department processes withdrawal requests within three business days after the request is made, or three business days after the previous withdrawal was paid out — whichever comes later. The department operates between 6 AM and 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday, so requests submitted late on a Friday or over the weekend queue until the following Monday.

You can have a maximum of three pending withdrawals on your account at any time. Once that limit is reached, you need to wait for one to clear before submitting another.

Withdrawal limits by VIP level

VIP Level Daily Limit Monthly Limit
Level 1 €500 €7,000
Level 2 €500 €10,000
Level 3 €800 €12,000
Level 4 €1,000 €15,000
Level 5 €1,500 €20,000

Your VIP status is determined by your activity over the 90 days before a withdrawal request. If you haven't been placing bets actively for a month, the platform automatically drops you to the lowest level — which means your limits reset to €500 daily and €7,000 monthly until you rebuild your standing.

The monthly wagering threshold

Fatpirate reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if you haven't met a minimum monthly wagering threshold of €20 within the calendar month of the request. In practice: if you deposit in January, play nothing, then try to withdraw in February, the operator can refuse the request because your February wagering was zero.

This is a small threshold for most players, but it matters if you fund an account and then leave it dormant for weeks.

Funding your Fatpirate account

The operator accepts credit and debit cards alongside bank transfers, but it does not publish a list of specific payment brands or e-wallet providers. The terms mention cards and transfers in general without naming Visa, Mastercard, Skrill or any other service by name.

Fatpirate does not publish a minimum deposit figure. The platform states it reserves the right to define minimum and maximum deposit sums at its discretion, so the floor can shift depending on the method or the account.

Deposit rollover requirement

Before you can withdraw, you need to wager your deposit at least once — a straightforward x1 rollover. If the amount you've wagered is less than the amount you deposited, the operator can cancel all winnings and charge a commission on your last deposit:

  • 10% commission (minimum €0.50) for most methods
  • 15% commission if you funded the account via bank card or bank transfer

This rule exists to deter bonus abuse and money-movement through the platform, but it bites hardest when someone deposits, claims no bonus, plays a few rounds and tries to cash out with most of the deposit untouched.

How long payouts actually take

The three-business-day processing window is the operator's internal review period, not the time it takes for money to reach your account. Once Fatpirate approves and releases a withdrawal, the payment still travels through whichever method you're using — and cards and bank transfers add their own clearing time on top.

Here's the thing: the financial department works weekdays only, 6 AM to 5 PM GMT. A request made Thursday evening queues until Monday morning, and the three-day count starts then. If your last withdrawal was paid out on a Tuesday, a new request on Wednesday still waits three days from Tuesday before processing begins.

In short, five to seven days from request to arrival is realistic for most players, longer if you submit near a weekend or holiday.

Fees, caps and inactive accounts

The platform does not publish withdrawal fees in the terms, but it does enforce the daily and monthly ceilings outlined above. A large win spread across multiple requests can take weeks to clear if you're on Level 1 or Level 2.

Fatpirate charges a €5 monthly administration fee on accounts that have been inactive for 180 days or more. The fee continues every month until you log back in or the balance runs out, so an abandoned account with a small balance drains itself over time.

Refunds are generally not offered. If the operator considers one for exceptional circumstances, the request must be made within 24 hours of the transaction.

Verification and the documents you'll need

Fatpirate will ask for properly certified ID, proof of residence, and proof of ownership and transaction histories for the payment methods you've used. That can include bank statements or credit card statements showing the deposits you made.

You have 30 days to provide the documents after the operator requests them. Once you've submitted everything, verification usually completes within 10 days. The platform may also carry out additional checks via phone, face verification or other means if it needs further confirmation.

The operator can request information to verify the source of funds deposited to your account — a standard anti-money-laundering step, more common on larger deposits or when activity looks unusual.

Responsible banking

Setting a deposit limit before you start playing is one of the clearest ways to keep control of what you spend. Fatpirate does not publish details of player-facing deposit-limit tools in the terms, but every licensed operator offers some version of them — check the responsible gambling section of the platform or contact support to set one up.
